The fact is that the main condition for transporting perishable goods is that the temperature does not fluctuate by more than 2-3 degrees. In the warehouse and inside the carrying van, this condition is quite feasible. However, during loading and unloading operations, the temperature can vary significantly. Therefore, such kind of work should be carried out as quickly as possible. It is the main advantage of transporting refrigerated goods by the car. When you are using other modes of transport, the goods must be additionally overloaded in order to deliver them from the port, station or airport to the warehouse. The car also allows you to deliver goods from door to door.
Product specifics affect the choice of transportation method to ensure its safety. This is a strategic decision. The following number of factors have a great influence: Cargo parameters — mass, volume, shape;
Physical, chemical characteristics of the cargo. For example, liquid is delivered in a tank, perishable — in a refrigerator, volumetric — on a special platform, etc.;

To calculate the cost of transporting goods, you need to have data on the weight of the cargo and its dimensions — the volume of cubic meters. To determine the volume of cargo in a rectangular container, it is necessary to multiply the dimensions of the cargo — length, height and width.
When measuring oversized goods or goods with a complex geometric shape, volume measurement is made based on the maximum lengths of the sides of the load, so that in the case of packing the goods, the parties have the form of a rectangle. It is also necessary to take into account the concept of «transport volume,» since in the body of the vehicle the goods are located in the container, then when calculating the cost of transportation, the volume and weight of the goods are taken together with its packaging.

В принципе, эта логистическая услуга может оказываться с помощью транспорта любого вида, оснащенного специальным холодильным оборудованием: морским, воздушным или железнодорожным. Однако многие логисты считают оптимальным вариантом именно автомобильные рефрижераторные грузоперевозки.
Дело в том, что главное условие при транспортировке скоропортящихся товаров — чтобы температура не колебалась более чем на 2-3 градуса. На складе и внутри перевозящего фургона это условие вполне выполнимо. Однако при погрузочно-разгрузочных работах температура может существенно колебаться. Поэтому такие работы нужно проводить как можно быстрее. Отсюда и вытекает главное преимущество перевозки рефрижераторных грузов на автомобиле. При использовании других видов транспорта товар необходимо дополнительно перегружать, чтобы доставить его от порта, станции или аэропорта до склада. Автомобиль же позволяет доставлять грузы от двери до двери.
КАКИЕ УСЛОВИЯ ДОЛЖНЫ ОПРЕДЕЛЯТЬ СПОСОБ ТРАНСПОРТИРОВКИ ГРУЗА?
Специфика продукции влияет на выбор способа транспортировки для гарантии его сохранности. Это является стратегическим решением. Большое влияние оказывает следующий ряд факторов: Параметры груза – масса, объём, форма;
Физические, химические характеристики груза. К примеру, жидкий доставляется в цистерне, скоропортящийся – в рефрижераторе, объемный – на специальной платформе и т. д.;
Срок доставки. При жёстком временном ограничении не стоит прибегать к железнодорожному и морскому транспорту. К примеру, скоропортящуюся продукцию лучше доставить с помощью автосредства;
Географическое расположение пункта назначения.
КАК РАССЧИТАТЬ ОБЪЕМ ГРУЗА В квМ?
Чтобы рассчитать стоимость перевозки грузов нужно располагать данными о весе груза и его габаритах – объеме в куб.метрах. Чтобы определить объем груза в прямоугольной таре необходимо перемножить габариты груза — длину, высоту и ширину.
При измерении негабаритных грузов или грузов со сложной геометрической формой, измерение объема производится, исходя из максимальных длин сторон груза, чтобы в случае упаковки груза стороны имели форму прямоугольника. Необходимо также учитывать понятие «транспортный объем», так как в кузове ТС груз располагается в таре, то при расчете стоимости перевозки берется объем и вес груза вместе с его упаковкой.
